Our commitment to ethical conduct and the safe reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation.
Purpose & Scope
Sekapack is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We encourage employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and any other stakeholders to report genuine concerns about misconduct, illegal activity or violations of our standards.
This policy applies to all Sekapack employees, temporary workers, contractors, suppliers, clients and any third party with a business relationship with Sekapack.
What to Report
This policy covers concerns about matters including, but not limited to:
- Fraud, theft, financial misconduct or misappropriation of company assets
- Bribery, corruption or conflicts of interest
- Violations of health, safety or environmental regulations
- Harassment, discrimination or bullying in the workplace
- Modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our supply chain
- Breach of data protection or confidentiality obligations
- Serious breaches of our supplier code of conduct
- Any other serious ethical, legal or regulatory violation

What to include in your report
To help us investigate effectively, please include as much of the following as possible (anonymous reports are also accepted):
- A clear description of the concern
- Date(s), location(s) and people involved
- Any supporting evidence or documentation
- Whether the matter is ongoing
- Your contact details (optional — anonymous reports are accepted)
Investigation Process
- Acknowledgement — within 5 business days of receiving a non-anonymous report, we will confirm receipt
- Initial assessment — the report is reviewed by a senior compliance officer to determine its seriousness and appropriate investigative approach
- Investigation — a thorough, impartial investigation is conducted. Duration depends on complexity, typically 4–8 weeks
- Outcome — where legally permissible, the reporter will be informed of the general outcome
- Action — appropriate disciplinary, legal or remedial action is taken based on findings
All investigations are conducted impartially. The subject of a report is entitled to respond to allegations as part of the investigation process. Confidentiality is maintained throughout.
Confidentiality
Sekapack is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of both the reporter and the subject of any report, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Reporter identity will not be disclosed without their explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law
- Information about a report will be shared only on a strict need-to-know basis
- All records relating to whistleblowing reports are stored securely and separately from HR and business records
Note: complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances. Where disclosure is legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm, Sekapack may be obliged to disclose information.
Non-Retaliation & Protection
Sekapack strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith under this policy. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to:
- Dismissal, demotion or disciplinary action
- Exclusion from business opportunities or preferential treatment being withdrawn
- Harassment, intimidation or threatening behaviour
- Damage to professional reputation
Any employee or associate who retaliates against a whistleblower will face serious disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship.

False Reports
This policy protects individuals who raise concerns genuinely and in good faith, even if those concerns turn out to be unfounded upon investigation.
However, deliberately submitting false, malicious or misleading reports with the intention of harming another person will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter. Such conduct may also expose the reporter to legal liability.
